At SportzBaaz, we are committed to providing every participant with a fair, transparent, and exciting sporting experience.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to registrations for SportzBaaz events, including Mumbai’s Fastest Bowler Season 1.

By registering for the event and making the registration payment, participants agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Registration Fee

The registration fee for Mumbai’s Fastest Bowler Season 1 is ₹299 per participant.

The registration fee covers participation in the event and the associated arrangements made by SportzBaaz, including event management, ball-speed measurement, and participant-related services.

Registration is considered complete only after successful payment and confirmation from SportzBaaz.

2. Participant-Initiated Cancellations

Once a registration is confirmed, the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable..

Participants are advised to carefully review the event details, eligibility criteria, and schedule before completing their registration.

3. Event Cancellation by SportzBaaz

In the event that SportzBaaz cancels the competition entirely and does not reschedule it, registered participants will be eligible for a 100% refund of the registration fee paid.

The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during registration.

SportzBaaz will communicate the cancellation and refund process through the contact details provided by the participant during registration.

4. Event Postponement or Rescheduling

SportzBaaz reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the event due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Unfavourable weather conditions.

  • Venue-related issues.

  • Safety concerns.

  • Government restrictions or regulatory requirements.

  • Technical or operational difficulties.

  • Any unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizer.

In case of postponement or rescheduling, the participant’s registration will ordinarily remain valid for the revised event date.

Eligible refund requests will be processed in accordance with the refund procedure outlined below.

5. Duplicate Payments and Failed Transactions

If a participant is charged more than once for the same registration due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, the duplicate payment will be refunded.

If the payment is deducted from the participant’s account but the registration is not confirmed, the participant should contact SportzBaaz with the payment transaction ID and relevant details.

After verification, SportzBaaz will either confirm the registration or initiate a refund for the unsuccessful transaction.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

The actual time taken for the refund to reflect in the participant’s bank account, credit card, UPI account, or other payment method may vary depending on the payment gateway and banking institution.

SportzBaaz will not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other financial institutions beyond its reasonable control.

7. Refund Request Procedure

For eligible refund requests, participants must contact SportzBaaz through the official communication channels provided on the website.

Please include the following details:

  • Participant’s full name.

  • Registered mobile number.

  • Registered email address.

  • Payment transaction ID or payment reference number.

  • Reason for the refund request.

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed in accordance with this policy.
